Domestic Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 3-5 days. 
• Shipment processing time may take up to 4 weeks for canvas prints, large size prints, and paintings.
• International Shipping Policy: Please contact us directly for international shipping eligibilty. Website ships domestically only at this time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

• Delivery may take up to 2-4 weeks after processing.
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• There may be supplemental shipping charges due to larger prints costing more to ship or if an order has to ship in multiple packages. Please contact us if you have a concern about shipping charges.
• Delays may occur due to visible and invisible forces. Go live your life my friend. It'll come when it comes.
• No P.O. Box shipping at this time.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

VRYSRSAT’S is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

VRYSRSAT’S is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order (PRINTS ONLY) damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping flat: This order option is normally for bulk orders (10 or more prints) or for prints 11x14 and smaller. If you choose ship flat for a larger single print there may be additional charges or we may choose to ship it rolled if it will be asafer shipping option. If you have to have it shipped flat please make request a shipping quote BEFORE ordering a large print shipping flat (under 10 prints total).

Thicker papers may have a slight curl due to dry climates and drastic changes in humidity, this will not affect the archival quality or the ability to frame the art print. 

Shipping: When shipping larger prints and large orders shipping calculations may not be accurate when you order. There may be supplemental shipping charges due to larger prints costing more to ship or if an order has to ship in multiple packages. Please contact us if you have a concern about shipping charges.
